Each class is about 1 hour long
Tuesday Morning: 11am
or
Tuesday Evening: 7:30pm
Cost: per class R30.00 or R100 for month
Venue: Crystal Angel Healing Rooms, 1H Vryburger Avenue, Bothasig (next door to KFC) - ample parking at Shoprite Centre
Every Tuesday – “Just Meditation”
It’s a nice chance to come and meet/sit together with meditators and meet like minded people.
The floor is tiled and chairs are provided. You may bring a cushion or blanket if you wish to sit on the floor.
Meditating regularly in a group can greatly support your daily practice.
Everyone is welcome to attend the class regardless of meditation experience.
